How do I care for my handmade jewelry?

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend gently wiping your jewelry with a soft cloth and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight! Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals to maintain their luster!

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

We use a variety of high-quality materials so that each product is durable, long-lasting, versatile and beautiful—without the high price tag. The descriptions on each product listing will provide more detailed information about the materials used. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

Many of our pieces are hypoallergenic, but it's essential to check each product's description for specific details!

I don't see the size I need in certain chains?

Due to the size of the links in certain chain styles, some jewelry sizes cannot be created, particularly with thicker chain links in rings. However, we typically can make any available size on demand if it is out of stock. Please contact us with further questions!

Can I request custom jewelry, accessories, or artworks?

Absolutely! We love creating unique custom pieces for our customers. Reach out to us through our contact form to discuss your custom design ideas, and we'll work together to bring your vision to life. How do I care for my CP Creative Original Artwork?

To preserve the beauty of your artwork, display it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. You can regularly dust the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth!

What materials do you use in your artworks?

All our CP Creative Originals are created with vibrant, high-quality acrylics and some mixed media elements. Artworks are created on gallery-wrapped, stretched, wood-frame canvases and sealed with high-quality varnish to preserve it's brilliance against dust and UV exposure. Do you offer framing services for CP Creative Original Artworks?

We currently do not offer framing services, however, we can happily provide a recommendation for purchasers who are local to Apex!

How will my CP Creative Original Artwork be packaged and shipped?

Christina takes great care in packaging all CP Creative Original Artworks to ensure they arrive safely to your doorstep. All art pieces will be securely wrapped and shipped with trusted carriers to destinations worldwide. We are also happy to arrange local pick-up options for certain works. Please use our contact form below to coordinate a pick-up if you are interested!

Are all your products handmade?

Yes, all our jewelry and artwork are handmade with love and care and we take pride in crafting each piece to perfection! Due to the nature of handmade designs and creations, some elements such as tone or size may vary. However, if there are ever any major issues with products or orders not matching up, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization on orders?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and the option to include a personalized message! After completing your order, use our contact form below to let us know you would like the item gift-wrapped and the message you would like to send, along with your order confirmation number so we can make sure it goes to the right gift!

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we do offer wholesale options. If you're interested in carrying our unique pieces in your store or for other bulk orders, please get in touch with us via our contact form below to discuss your specific requirements and pricing.

What is your refund and return policy?

Many of our products are truly one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly from product listings, however we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate a return! Refunds will be issued no later than five (5) business days after a return is processed. If you don't see you're refund, please reach out to us at christina@cpcreativehouse.com. Beyond seven (7) days we cannot accept returns except for items that are an incorrect size or style from what was ordered. In this case, please reach out to us through our contact form with the order number and request so we can exchange the item you received for the correct one! We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item and once received, will ship the new item to you. 

While we are unable to accept returns on commissioned artworks and most custom jewelries, we will always accept returns for items that are damaged upon delivery so long as they are in their original packaging. Please email us at christina@cpcreativehouse.com with any additional images, videos, or information so we can start a return, or reach out to use through our contact form on our website. Due to the nature of custom-made jewelry or accessories, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items such as these.

What is yourstandard shipping policy?

Orders on most items will ship 1-2 business days after we receive the order and typically take 2-4 business days to arrive at your location. For custom-made or sized jewelry or other personalized items, it may take 1-3 business days to ship after we receive the order and 2-4 to arrive at your location. For commissioned items or other custom pieces we will be in touch through the production process and will notify you when your order is being shipped. For all orders you can follow the package with the tracking number associated with it.
